Florian Benard is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He joined the Firm in 2021.
Florian graduated from the Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit (HEAD) Law School where he received a Masters’ degree in Mergers & Acquisitions (Master 2 – Fusions & Acquisitions) in 2016.
Florian is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
