Felix Mann
Felix Mann is an Associate in the Restructuring department of the Frankfurt office. His practice concentrates on multinational restructurings as well as insolvency proceedings. He advises companies, management and investors in distressed and crisis situations as well as parties involved in insolvency litigation.

Felix studied law at the Universities of Jena and Bremen (law degree 2017). In addition to his legal qualifications, he successfully graduated in real estate management (gepr├╝fter Immobilienfachwirt, IHK) and business administration (Betriebswirt, VWA). Prior to joining Weil, Felix worked in the department for corporate insolvencies of a well-known insolvency administrator and spent his legal traineeship at the German Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro as well as at major international law firms in the areas of restructuring/insolvency (Hamburg) and competition/antitrust law (Brussels). In addition, he has several years of experience working in the real estate sector.

He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2021.

Felix is fluent in German and English.
