Erin James
Erin James is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation, Appellate, and IP/Media practices, where she litigates various forms of commercial and intellectual property disputes and appeals in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Weil, Ms. James clerked for The Honorable Reena Raggi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as for The Honorable James C. Dever III of the Eastern District of North Carolina. Ms. James earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2014, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal. Ms. James received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2011.
