Emily Losi is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and is based in New York. Emily participates in advising Firm clients in a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology.
Emily joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020.
Emily received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a research assistant to Professor Gideon Parchomovsky, and her B.A. from Hunter College.
