Dylan Sherwyn is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Dylan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Dylan has been part of the teams advising:

  • EO Charging in its proposed $675 million business combination with First Reserve Sustainable Growth Corp., a SPAC sponsored by First Reserve Corporation
  • Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of Trasimene Capital Management, LLC and led by William P. Foley II, in a $9 billion business combination with Paysafe Limited
  • Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in its acquisition of a majority stake in Vantage Elevator Solutions
  • QuickChek Corporation in its $645 million sale to Murphy USA

Dylan received his J.D. from Fordham Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
