
Dylan’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- Sleep Number Corporation, its officers and directors, in a securities class action and shareholder derivative litigation.
- Telos Corporation, a cybersecurity company, its officers and directors, in a securities class action.
- A cryptocurrency mining company, its officers and directors, in a securities class action and shareholder derivative litigation.
- A SPAC in connection with a regulatory investigation concerning its de-SPAC transaction.
- A SPAC in disputes against counterparties to a de-SPAC transaction.
- Various companies concerning litigation risks.
Prior to joining Weil, Dylan served as a law clerk to the Honorable I. Leo Glasser of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Dylan received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as the Managing Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law, and as a Dennis J. Block International Business Law Fellow. During law school, he served as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Sandra L. Townes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Dylan received his B.A., summa cum laude, from NYU.
