Dianna Robinson is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Dianna participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Dianna has been part of the teams advising:
- Cornell Capital Partners in its acquisition of Knowlton Development Corporation Inc. and Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE) in its merger with HCT Group Holdings Limited
- KIK Custom Products, Inc. (a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners) in its acquisition of NC Brands LP (f/k/a Natural Chemistry)
- Snow Phipps Group in its acquisition of Academy Fire Life Safety and Ideal Tridon Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition of ZSI-Foster, LLC
Dianna received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, her M.B.A. from Schulich School of Business and her B.Comm. from Ryerson University.
