Dianna Robinson is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Ms. Robinson participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Ms. Robinson has been part of the teams advising:
- Cornell Capital Partners in its acquisition of Knowlton Development Corporation Inc. and Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE) in its merger with HCT Group Holdings Limited
- KIK Custom Products, Inc. (a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners) in its acquisition of NC Brands LP (f/k/a Natural Chemistry)
- Snow Phipps Group in the acquisition by its portfolio company Ideal Tridon Holdings, Inc. of ZSI-Foster, LLC
Ms. Robinson received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, her M.B.A. from Schulich School of Business and her B.Comm. from Ryerson University.
