David advises issuers, underwriters, placement agents, liquidity providers, investors and collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance, both in the United States and abroad.
David focuses on securitization and other structured financial products across a wide array of asset types, including rental car fleets, oil and gas interests, solar assets, auto loans, trade receivables, lease financings, unsecured personal loans, small business loans and marketplace loans. In addition, he regularly advises on a broad range of CLOs and related commercial loan financings, in both the middle market and broadly syndicated spaces. David also has provided restructuring and workout advice relating to a wide variety of structured products and has extensive derivatives experience, including credit derivatives, interest rate swaps, and other bespoke derivatives transactions.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on The Tax Lawyer, and his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University.
