Danielle Donovan is an associate in the Business Finance & Restructuring Department in Weil’s New York office and a regular contributor to the Weil Bankruptcy Blog. Ms. Donovan’s practice includes domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, distressed financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Donovan has experience on teams representing debtors, creditors, bidders and other parties involved in out-of-court workouts. In her pro bono practice, she assists local not-for-profit organizations with the restructuring of their finances and operations.
Ms. Donovan received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Virginia in 2010, where she was a recipient of the University Achievement Award and a member of the inaugural class of the Jefferson Public Citizens Program. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2013.
