Biography

Craig Olshan is counsel in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Mr. Olshan assists in advising clients in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, with respect to employment and compensation matters. Mr. Olshan assists Firm clients in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, equity, incentive, deferred compensation, retention and separation arrangements. He has experience involving tax, corporate governance, change in control and ERISA issues.
Mr. Olshan was previously an associate at another global law firm.
Mr. Olshan received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Williams College.
