Craig Olshan is an associate in Weil’s Executive Compensation & Benefits Department and is based in New York. Mr. Olshan assists in advising clients in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, with respect to employment and compensation matters. Mr. Olshan assists Firm clients in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, equity, incentive, deferred compensation, retention and separation arrangements. He has experience involving tax, corporate governance, change in control and ERISA issues.
