Craig Olshan is counsel in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Craig assists in advising clients in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, with respect to employment and compensation matters. Craig assists Firm clients in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, equity, incentive, deferred compensation, retention and separation arrangements. He has experience involving tax, corporate governance, change in control and ERISA issues.
Craig was previously an associate at another global law firm.
Craig received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Williams College.
