Biography
Conor Campbell is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil. Conor has acted for financial institutions, banks, corporates and sponsors on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, corporate lending and borrowing, high-yield and structured financings as well as asset-based and real estate finance transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Conor worked at a leading international firm in Dublin for 4 years (where he also trained). Conor has also spent 6 months on secondment on the investment finance team in Deutsche Bank in London.
Conor is a dual qualified solicitor in the Republic of Ireland and England and Wales and is also admitted as an Attorney at Law in the State of New York.
