Before joining Weil, Concord spent nine years working as a scientist in the R&D departments of major life sciences companies. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was Senior Online Content Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and an Executive Board member of the Healthcare and Biotech Law Society. He earned his B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley and M.S. in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University.
