Chelsea Silverstein is counsel in Weil’s Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Securities Litigation practice, where she focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions. Chelsea also has experience advising with respect to commercial disputes involving employment, real estate, bankruptcy, and breach of contract issues.
Chelsea received her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She received her B.A. in English from Boston University.
Prior to joining Weil, Chelsea served as a Judicial Intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
