Cassandra Love-Olivo is an associate in Weil’s Product Liability and Mass Tort practice. She focuses on the defense of product liability, environmental, and other complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Ms. Love-Olivo received her B.A. from California State University of Northridge and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, was a member of the Trial Division of the Moot Court Honor Society, and was a recipient of the 2016 CALI Award for Advanced Complex Civil Litigation. During law school, she received a number of honors, including Best Overall Advocate, Best Cross Examination, Best Direct Examination, and Best Closing Argument, at the 2017 and 2018 ABA National Criminal Justice Moot Court Competitions and the 2017 Quinnipiac Criminal Justice National Trial Competition.
