Ben Burton
Ben Burton is a Counsel in the London Banking practice. Ben’s practice primarily focuses on advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors (and their portfolio companies) and funds on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance as well as high yield financings, debt restructurings and refinancings.

Ben has worked in the London and New York offices of another top-tier US law firm, prior to joining Weil. Ben has also previously spent ten months on secondment at Morgan Stanley, working on their London execution desk in respect of leveraged loan products.
