Beatrice McGuire is an associate in the Private Equity team in London and specialises in advising on private equity and M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector.
Beatrice has, as part of a team, advised a number of leading private equity sponsors on both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, including THI Investments.
Prior to joining Weil, Beatrice was an associate at another leading international law firm.
Other experience as part of a team includes:
- A consortium on its bid to acquire, and associated financing of, a leading provider of fully assembled and ready-to-use modular buildings for use as schools and day care centres in Finland and Sweden*
- A UK green investment fund on its acquisition of a majority interest in a Greek solar development platform, and related joint venture arrangements*
