He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2008 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge in 2007. Bartosz qualified as a legal advisor in 2013. Prior to joining Weil in 2007, he studied Scottish and European law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Glasgow.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, Bartosz has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, including tender offers and M&A deals involving public companies, privatisation processes and legal due diligence investigations of various companies.
Bartosz is fluent in English.
