Audra has experience serving on Weil teams representing biotechnology clients, including Bio-Rad, Illumina, and Guardant Health in federal court litigation and inter partes review proceedings before the USPTO involving various DNA sequencing and analysis technologies. She also has experience with clients in the technology sector, and is currently serving on a Weil team representing one of the world’s largest consumer technology companies in federal court litigation and in pre-litigation counseling.
Prior to joining Weil, Audra worked in patent prosecution and assisted in obtaining patent protection for clients in the medical device, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology industries. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia.
