Arthur de Baudry d’Asson
Arthur de Baudry d’Asson is a Corporate partner in the Paris office. His practice involves a wide range of mergers and acquisitions-related matters for public companies as well as buy-out and infrastructure funds. He regularly represents public companies in high profile domestic and cross-border merger and acquisitions transactions, friendly and hostile takeovers, joint ventures, business reorganizations, spin-offs and carve-outs. He also advises private equity and infrastructure funds in France and across Europe in a full range of transactions, including public-to-private deals.
Arthur de Baudry d’Asson is also recognized as a leader in the field of corporate M&A by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe where he is described as “receiving glowing praise from clients, who describe him as extremely sharp, professional and clear in his advice. He always understands the key points perfectly and takes charge of the negotiations”.

Arthur de Baudry d'Asson graduated from the French business school Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1994, and in 1997, he graduated with a Master of Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also a graduate of Harvard Law School (LLM, 2000) and has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 1996, as well as the New York Bar.
