Ms. Dwyer practices complex Hatch-Waxman litigation with an emphasis on the chemical and pharmaceutical arts. She has experience with every stage of litigation, from initial investigation and pleadings, through discovery, Markman, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Ms. Dwyer received her B.S. in Chemistry from Villanova University, and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dwyer was an editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional law and the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Patent law.
