Biography

Andrew Holt is an associate in Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group and is based in New York. Mr. Holt participates in the representation of U.S. public companies and foreign private issuers on securities law issues, disclosure, executive compensation, governance and compliance matters, including M&A and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Holt received his J.D., cum laude, from George Washington University Law School and his B.S., cum laude, from Frostburg State University.
