Biography
Anand Gandhi is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Anand participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Anand received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, his M.A. from the University of Chicago, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
