Millie Warner
Millie Warner is counsel in the Firm’s Employment Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on all areas of employment law, with particular emphasis on employee benefits/ERISA, discrimination, and restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation. She also advises employers on a wide array of employment matters, including compliance with federal and state employment laws, workplace investigations, executive employment and separation agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment law issues arising in connection with corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations.

Ms. Warner has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, food, and security services, including AIG, FXCM, Genworth Financial, Goldman Sachs, Ivy Asset Management, Marsh & McLennan, Merrill Lynch, Perella Weinberg Partners, and Providence Equity Partners. In 2017 and 2018, she was recognized as a “Next Generation Lawyer” for Labor and Employment Disputes: Defense by The Legal 500, which noted that she is a “talented, thorough lawyer,” as well as recognized as a “recommended” lawyer nationwide for Workplace and Employment Counseling by the same publication.

In addition to her active practice, Ms. Warner serves as Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of the ABA Labor and Employment Section, and she also serves as co-editor of Weil’s Employer Update newsletter.

Ms. Warner graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University in 2001, and received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2004.
