Biography

Alexandra Ampudia is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition practice, where she focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, including software/technology, healthcare, biotech, travel and retail.
Prior to joining Weil, Alexandra served as a professional staff member on the House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform working on healthcare investigations.
Alexandra received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as Managing Editor for the American Criminal Law Review’s Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. Prior to law school, she earned her B.A. in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
