Alexander Horstmann-Caines
Alexander Horstmann-Caines is a partner in the Banking & Finance group in the London office, as well as the European High Yield team, and is admitted as an Attorney at Law in the State of New York. He focuses on high-yield offerings and leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. He also has significant experience advising financial institutions, corporates and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of other debt and equity capital market and corporate finance transactions, bond financial restructurings and U.S. securities law matters, including, initial public offerings, liability management transactions and offerings conducted in reliance on Regulation S and Rule 144A.
