Aleksandra Mitchell is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group, where she focuses her practice on various commercial and antitrust disputes in both state and federal courts.
Aleksandra is involved in the Firm’s pro bono program, and regularly works on intake matters with the Innocence Project.
Aleksandra received her B.A. from City College of New York and her J.D. from Emory University. During law school she worked as a law clerk at the Georgia Innocence Project and the Georgia Capital Defenders Office.
