She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2013 and completed a course in German law at the School of German Law co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Bonn Faculty of Law. Prior to joining Weil in July 2015, she worked for more than two years in the corporate and real estate departments of an international law firm. She also gained experience in the legal department of a company engaged in the development of wind farms. During her studies she completed internships in domestic law firms specialising in commercial law. She qualified as an advocate in 2017.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she focuses on M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients, as well as corporate reorganizations. She also provides advice on energy law, including matters concerning Polish electricity and gas markets as well as the renewable energy sector.
Aleksandra is fluent in English and German and conversant in Spanish.
