Biography

Agustina Berro is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice group, where she focuses on shareholder class and derivative actions, as well as litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience counseling with respect to transactions involving indentures and other debt instruments.
Ms. Berro received her B.A. in psychology from Yale University. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the New York University Journal of Law & Liberty.
She is a native Spanish speaker.
