Adnane Ayeb is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in London, and a member of the European High Yield team. Adnane advises private equity sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on international capital markets and leveraged finance transactions, with particular emphasis on high yield bond offerings. He also has experience advising on private placements.
