Weil’s Budapest office, opened in 1991, is staffed by a combination of Hungarian and U.S.-qualified attorneys. The office’s traditional strengths in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and privatization transactions are complemented by leading capital markets and finance, as well as litigation, regulatory and corporate capabilities. Our attorneys are proficient in Hungarian, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Serbo-Croatian.
