Weil's Texas offices were recognized as having the largest percent minority lawyers at large law firms in Texas in 2012. According to the Texas Lawyer's November 26, 2012 article, 24 percent of the lawyers in Weil's Texas offices are minorities. This is the highest percentage of any of the 21 firms that participated in the survey.
