Weil's London office has announced a 100% retention rate for its March 2016 newly qualified associate intake, with each of its three trainees accepting their offers.
The associates will be joining teams across a range of practices, including corporate, private funds and litigation.
Jonathan Wood, graduate recruitment partner at Weil, commented:
"We are delighted that, as with previous years, all of our trainees qualifying in March have accepted offers from their chosen practice areas and are continuing with the firm following qualification. Our award winning graduate recruitment programme has enabled us to attract and retain the brightest talent. Access to market leading work in a very supportive environment, has helped our trainees to develop their skills and expertise brilliantly. Our new talent will help build on the success of the London office and the firm as they embark on the next phase of their careers at Weil."
The 100% trainee retention rate follows the London office's promotions of Oliver Walker (Tax), David Irvine (Tax) and James Harvey (Private Equity) to partner and Thomas Falkus (Structured Finance) to counsel.
