Weil was honored with two deal awards at the 14th annual China Law & Practice Awards, held virtually on October 15, 2020. 

Weil received recognition for its role in the following Deals of the Year:

• “M&A Deal of the Year” for its work on the sale of United Family Healthcare to New Frontier Corp.
• “TMT Deal of the Year” for its work on Alibaba’s acquisition of NetEase Kaola

Weil was also named an honoree for “M&A Deal of the Year” for its role on 58.com’s $8.7B take-private.

These awards, presented by China Law & Practice, in association with The American Lawyer, The Asian Lawyer and Legal Week celebrate the most stellar achievements of the year.
