Mergermarket China M&A Awards honor the best legal and financial advisors in the region for creative advisory work on complex transactions. This pre-eminent award undergoes a rigorous judging process which includes an analysis of Mergermarket’s league tables where only the top firms by volume and by value make the cut. The finalists will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges who looks for consistent value-adding, innovative advisory work on complex or landmark transactions.
