Weil’s Litigation Department once again secured top honors among across practices and offices in the United States in the 2021 edition of Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys.
Noted as a firm “whose litigation bench is one of the most comprehensive,” Weil received top Tier 1 firm ratings for Bankruptcy, Commercial, Competition/Antitrust, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Product Liability and Recall, and Securities. The publication also again recognized Weil’s New York Dispute Resolution and Labor and Employment practices as “Highly Recommended,” and the Firm’s California and Florida practices as “Recommended” for the sixth consecutive year.
