Weil Earns Top Trial, Litigation Honors from Benchmark Litigation in 2019

Weil’s Litigation Department again was recognized among the top firms in the United States across practices and offices in the 2020 edition of Benchmark Litigation, a guide to leading litigation firms and attorneys in the United States.

Owing to the Firm’s “game-changing victories,” “national reach,” and “comprehensive litigation service offerings,” Benchmark Litigation recognized Weil as one of the 20 best trial firms in the country, as a top-ranked national Tier 1 firm in the areas of AntitrustBankruptcy, General CommercialIntellectual Property and Product Liability, and as a leading national firm in the areas of Employment Litigation and Securities Litigation.
