Natalie Smeltzer, a corporate associate in Weil’s Dallas office, has been named the 2014 Lend-A-Lawyer, and is the 10th consecutive attorney from the Firm to participate in the pro bono program. Created by Weil in 2005, in collaboration with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP), Lend-A-Lawyer is an initiative through which the Firm annually provides DVAP with a third- or fourth-year attorney, for a period of three months, to work full-time on pro bono matters for DVAP’s indigent clients.
