Weil Corporate associate Dilen Kumar has been named as one of 20 attorneys in Texas Lawyer’s list of “2015 Extraordinary Minorities in Texas Law.” Mr. Kumar is based in Weil’s Dallas office and works on matters for private equity firms and public companies. He is also an active participant in Weil’s pro bono efforts.
The Texas Lawyer profile highlights Mr. Kumar’s work on teams that handled deals including the American Airlines’ merger with U.S. Airways, Kinder Morgan’s acquisition of El Paso Corp., and the sale of Chuck E. Cheese to Apollo Global Management.
