Weil is advising Willis Towers Watson PLC, a global provider of corporate risk advisory services and of broking, exchange solutions, human capital and benefits, and investment, risk and reinsurance services, in its $80 billion combination with Aon PLC, a provider of risk management, insurance placement and human resource, retirement and health consultation services. The pending transaction combines the world’s second- and third-biggest insurance brokerages in the largest ever deal for the industry. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
