Weil Advises Westinghouse Electric in its Pending $4.6B Sale to Brookfield

Weil is advising Westinghouse Electric Company, the global leader in nuclear technology, fuel and services, in its pending approximately $4.6 billion sale to Brookfield Business Partners L.P. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018 subject to Bankruptcy Court approval and customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
