Weil’s Munich and Frankfurt offices are advising Upfield Group B.V. on the acquisition of Arivia S.A., a worldwide leading developer of plant-based cheese and other dairy and dairy-free products and owner of the brand VIOLIFE. The closing of the transaction is subject to clearance by the relevant antitrust authorities and customary closing conditions. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
