Weil Advises The Kroger Co. in its $2.15B Sale of Convenience Store Business to EG Group

Weil is advising The Kroger Co. in its $2.15 billion sale of Kroger’s convenience store business unit stores to EG Group. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2018 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
