Weil Advises The KeyW Holding Corporation in its Pending $815M Merger with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

Weil is advising The KeyW Holding Corporation, a leader in intelligence, cyber and mission IT and analytics in the intelligence and national security communities, in its pending $815 million merger with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., a provider of scientific, technical, professional and construction- and program-management services. The transaction is expected to close by August 31, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review and approvals.
