A Weil team, led by New York partner Frank P. Nocco, advised SCF Realty Capital, the real estate division of Stonebriar Commercial Finance, on its first securitization of commercial real estate properties and triple-net leases. The transaction, which closed on December 7, 2016, is structured as a master trust that can issue multiple series of notes secured by real estate properties and related triple-net leases. SCF Realty Capital is a lender that specializes in acquiring and managing single-tenant properties.
The Weil team advising SCF Realty Capital was led by Frank P.
