Weil Advised Morgan Stanley on $4.3 Billion Financing for Parker Hannifin

Weil advised Morgan Stanley in providing committed financing for Parker Hannifin Corporation’s approximately $4.3 billion acquisition of CLARCOR, a diversified marketer and manufacturer of mobile, industrial and environmental filtration products.
