Weil is advising Micron Technology, Inc., a major global supplier of advanced semiconductor systems, in the pending sale of its Lehi, UT fab, a semiconductor factory, to Texas Instruments, Inc. for $900 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close during calendar year 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
