Weil Advises L’Oreal on $1.2 Billion Acquisition of IT Cosmetics

Weil is advising L'Oréal in its definitive agreement to acquire IT Cosmetics, one of the fastest growing prestige beauty brands in the United States, for $1.2 billion from its founders, Jamie Kern Lima and Paulo Lima, and TSG Consumer Partners. The closing is subject to the standard regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
