Weil Advises Johnson & Johnson on $4.5 Billion Registered Debt Offering

Weil advised Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in connection with its $4.5 billion registered debt offering. The joint book-running managers for the offering were Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and another major financial institution. The transaction closed on November 10, 2017.

The New York-based Weil team advising J&J was led by Capital Markets partner Frank Adams, and included Tax partner Larry Gelbfish, Capital Markets associates Janeane Ferrari and Sarah Curry, and Tax associate Eric Remijan.

Weil also recently advised J&J on its $10.0 billion 364-Day Credit Agreement. The New York-based team on this transaction was led by Douglas Urquhart, Head of the Firm’s U.S. Banking & Finance practice, and included Banking & Finance associate Wansi Leung.
