Weil Advised HNA Group in $6 Billion Acquisition of Ingram Micro

Weil represented HNA Group in Ingram Micro Inc.’s and Tianjin Tianhai Investment Company, Ltd.’s definitive merger under which Tianjin Tianhai acquired Ingram Micro. Following the close of the transaction, Ingram Micro becomed a part of HNA Group, the largest shareholder of Tianjin Tianhai. The transaction closed December 06, 2016.

Weil recently represented HNA Group in its acquisition of Swissport from PAI Partners, which closed in February 2016.
