The London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges has advised All3Media on the establishment of a new venture, Digital Life Sciences, a specialist company within the group that will concentrate exclusively on the delivery of health related projects. The entity was created through the merger of Maverick Television’s Digital Health Division, Illumina Digital Limited, and a third party collaborator Robin Vickers (currently partner in Clever Together, a consultancy specialising in the provision of health related services to the public sector).
